Community Guidelines

Neutine Network should be fun for everyone. These guidelines apply in game, on this website, and in our Discord server. Breaking them can lead to a warning, mute, kick or ban.

Be respectful

• No harassment, bullying, threats or targeting of other players
• No hate speech or discrimination, including about race, religion, gender, sexuality or disability
• No sexual or graphic content. Many of our players are young
• Don't post anyone's personal information, including your own

Play fair

• No hacked clients, cheats, macros or exploits. Report bugs, don't use them
• No ban evasion or using other accounts to get around a punishment
• No boosting stats or abusing crew wars, bounties or events

Keep the network healthy

• No spam, advertising other servers, or scam links
• No real-money trading of items, coins or accounts
• No scamming other players in trades or the marketplace
• Keep crew names, tags, bios and pet names appropriate

Staff and reports

Don't impersonate staff, and don't make false reports. If you see someone breaking the rules, report them through the portal or in game. Staff can read chat and private messages to keep the network safe.

If you disagree with a punishment, contact us at our staff team. Please don't argue about it in public chat.

Your safety

Never share your password, and be careful about meeting people from online games. If someone makes you uncomfortable, report them and tell an adult you trust if you're under 18. If you think someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
