Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play on Neutine Network or use this website, including the player portal and the store. Neutine Network is run by the team that runs it. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the network.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission, especially before buying anything.

You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft. Neutine Network is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens on it. Keep your password private, and don't share, sell or trade accounts. Linking your Minecraft account to the portal means confirming it is yours.

How you must behave

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We can warn, mute, kick or ban players, remove content and reset progress when these terms or the guidelines are broken. Staff decide this, and we may act without warning in serious cases. If you think we got it wrong, you can contact us at our staff team.

What you post

Chat, profile bios, crew names and descriptions, pet names, reports, feedback and anything else you submit stay yours, but you let us show, store and moderate them so the network can run. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Crew names need staff approval. Crews can make their profile public, which shows the details they choose on a public page, including members' usernames and ranks.

Virtual items and currency

Coins, ranks, items, pets, cosmetics, crew perks and in-game progress are licensed to you for use on Neutine Network. They have no real-world value, you don't own them, and they can't be exchanged for money. We may change, rebalance or remove them to keep the game working and fair.

Trading through the in-game marketplace, /pay, bounties and shops is at your own risk. Trading or selling items or accounts for real money outside the store is not allowed.

Purchases

Purchases are made through our store, and payments are handled by Tebex under its own terms. See our Refund Policy.

Availability

We run Neutine Network for fun and it may change. Servers can go down, seasons can reset and features can be added or removed. We don't promise that the network will always be available, or that your progress will be kept forever. We can stop running it at any time.

Our liability

Neutine Network is provided as it is, with no promises beyond those the law requires. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law says can't be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are based, and any dispute goes to its courts. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections from the law of the place where you live.
