Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 November 2026
This policy explains what Neutine Network collects when you play or use this website, why, and what you can do about it. Neutine Network is run by the team that runs it, who decides how this data is used. Contact: our staff team.

When you contact or apply to us

Moderation records

When you buy something
We keep the transaction reference, your username and UUID, what you bought and the amount. Tebex handles your payment details, so we never see your card number.
Why we use it
| Why | Our legal reason, where that applies |
|---|---|
| Run the game, save your progress and give you what you bought | To provide the service you asked for |
| Keep players safe, moderate chat, stop cheating and ban evasion | Our legitimate interest in a safe, fair network |
| Fix problems and see how busy the network is | Our legitimate interest in running it well |
| Keep payment records and handle refunds | To meet legal and accounting duties |
| Email you about your account, crew or punishments | To provide the service, and our legitimate interest in safety |
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
What others can see
Your username, stats and leaderboard positions can appear on public pages. Your profile page is private unless you make it public. If your crew's profile is public, your username and crew rank can appear on it. Staff only see what their role allows, and staff actions are logged.
Who we share it with
- Tebex handles store payments. Its own privacy policy applies.
- Discord receives data if you link your account. We may also post some events, such as punishments, reports and purchases, to our Discord server.
- mc-heads.net supplies player head pictures. Your browser asks it for them, so it can see your IP address and which username was requested.
- Our email provider delivers the emails we send you.
- Our hosting providers run the servers this data is kept on.
- Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Some of these companies may be in other countries, which can have different privacy laws.
How long we keep it
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Link codes and sign-in checks | Removed soon after they expire |
| Server console lines | 7 days |
| Website sign-in sessions | Until they expire or are cleared |
| Chat, private messages, commands, session and IP history, game events | We don't currently delete these on a set date |
| Moderation records, reports and staff action logs | Kept for as long as they are needed to keep the network safe |
| Payment records | Kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require |
| Account and game data | For as long as you play, or until you ask us to delete it |
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. Portal account deletion and data downloads aren't automatic yet, so email our staff team from your account's address, or tell us your username if you have no account. We may need to check it's you, and we aim to reply within 30 days.
We may keep some data where we have a good reason or a legal duty to, such as ban records and payment records.
You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Neutine Network is for people aged 13 and over. If you think a younger child has given us personal data, contact our staff team and we will remove it.
Security
We use scrambled passwords, role-based staff access and logging of staff actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
